2014 Summary conference

On 10th, January, there is a summary conference held in sixth level of office building. Our chairman, Mr Tony. Yan had 1 hours speach to summarize the general performance in 2014, and meanwhile, to launch planning for 2015. 

Brief summary:
1. The total revenue in 2014 achieved 35% increase compared to it of 2013.
2. There was 100% safe production during 2014, and no any work- related injury.
3. 53 new employees joined in Yifar Group; on the contrary, 18 employees left from our group.
4. 7 technical patents application in 2014,.
5. Domestic sales network: there are more than 200 cities in which are selling Yifar products. We have 58 A class clients ,95 B class clients and 185 C class clients.
6. Oversea market, the sales amount has increased dramatically at 58% than last year.

Planning in 2015:
1. Focusing on high end quality products;
2. Installing three more production line, especially the pull up baby diapers line.
3. Paying more attention to some markets including USA, South America,EU countries and Mid east.
4. Having more training for all workers,to  improve the efficiency and to make sure the 100% safety.
5. Pay more attention to the careers of every workers, and offer them suitable training program and position.
6. Market-oriented and customer-satisfaction.
